Grand Opening of Our Newest Model

On Saturday, The Lauren unveiled its newest luxury model residence at an invitation-only event attended by nearly 400 guests. Replete with nearly 3,400 square feet of impeccably designed space, this expansive home showcases an open floor plan with three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a private master suite, separate family and dining rooms, and a private balcony overlooking downtown Bethesda.

his luxury residence was designed by Akseizer Design Group, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows, a vented gas fireplace, and a curated culinary experience that features the finest kitchen essentials. In addition to a Wolf gas range, Sub-Zero refrigeration, Bosch dishwasher, Miele built-in coffee maker, and an 80 bottle Thermador wine tower, future owners of this home will enjoy dual balconies, a spacious shared rooftop terrace, and a private 500 square foot rooftop terrace.

Outside the model residence, guests were invited to experience the grandeur of the Lauren lifestyle complete with valet parking, access to the rooftop terrace, fitness center and private owners retreat.
